The series combines printed canvas with metal parts that either integrate with the canvas or are photographed themselves, masquerading as material. The jewelry, set against a black background, creates a fantasy-like world without material boundaries. The project references the pearl necklace, a jewelry icon with deep cultural associations, from painted portraits to Princess Diana.
