The composition of my vase combines porcelain, a silicon band, and spring steel, held together by pressure. I tried taking apart the traditional vase and came up with a new and unexpected arrangement, It's a fusion of different materials that creates tension and contrast, while maintaining balance. Inspired by the pressures observed in urban landscapes and construction sites, I sought to "frame" the delicate and fragile porcelain vase, drawing inspiration from classical Greek pottery. The juxtaposition of high-quality porcelain with everyday materials signifies the meeting of the old and the new, the classic and the contemporary. The piece embodies a balance between tradition and innovation, seriousness, and playfulness.
